Wellness coaching is a specialty of life coaching that centers around fostering lasting lifestyle behavioral change. Initial coaching sessions can consist of taking an inventory of your overall well-being and exploring stress levels, sleep quality, activity and energy levels, eating habits, social connections, relationship quality, and environment.

In addition, we look at your mindset and how you can explore your motivation, values, meaning and purpose, levels of enjoyment, attitudes and beliefs, and self-confidence to achieve your goals.

Suppose you come to the coaching conversation with a pressing issue, such as a sudden change, a health event, or a relationship challenge. In that case, we can move directly into exploring the matter at hand and then incorporate improving lifestyle habits to support your process.

Throughout our sessions, I’ll also help you strategize a plan to navigate challenges, mobilize support, and find ways to be accountable for reaching your goals. I will also encourage you to adopt an experimental mindset, keep an open mind, and enjoy the unfolding journey.
