Meet Heather

Like most of us, Heather’s journey is rich with life events, self-discovery, challenges, and growth. In her early twenties, Heather undertook a rich, personal journey that spanned over ten years and two continents, resulting in her settling on the island of Maui. She brings experience and a powerful and highly effective mindset into the coaching conversation. Along with her common sense approach to improving lifestyle behaviors and her appreciation of the tried and true values that foster good character, Heather helps clients create significant and lasting change.

One of the highlights of Heather’s journey has been raising her son, Jack, and witnessing him bloom into adulthood. In her early 50s, Heather was encouraged to work with a life coach after a series of unexpected life events. Their time together facilitated personal transformation and profound shifts in how she related to herself and the world. This experience inspired her to become a coach and pursue a graduate degree in integrative health to help others along their road to self-discovery and healing.

Heather embraces a “good enough” coaching philosophy that supports the idea that we come to each situation with strengths and challenges. The key is to keep striving for improvement and moving toward growth. We all experience powerful life lessons, wish we had done things differently, and yearn for change. We also all have positive attributes and successes we can draw upon, and Heather will help you reconnect with those aspects of yourself.

As we increase self-awareness and self-reflection and trust the process of life, no matter what life presents, we can experience meaningful growth, improved relationships, and a more fulfilling life reflecting our true values and priorities.
